Privacy policy

This is a private purchase. We have written this policy to be read rather than to protect us, because on this site privacy is the thing you are actually buying.

What we collect

• To deliver your order: name, mobile number, delivery address and pincode. Email only if you give it.
• If you pay online: our payment provider handles the card details. We never see or store your card number.
• Site analytics: anonymous, aggregated page statistics.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent or share your details with anyone except the courier delivering your parcel.
• We never put the product name on packaging, on the shipping label, or in an SMS or email subject line.
• We never call from a number that identifies the product, and we never leave a message with anyone else.
• We never add you to a marketing list because you placed an order.

Who sees your details

Our order team, and the courier — who sees only a name, address and phone number on a plain parcel. Nobody else.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax law requires, then deleted. If you ask us to delete your details sooner and there is no legal reason to keep them, we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email support@aarogyajeevanam.in or message WhatsApp. We do not ask why.

Cookies

We use only what the site needs to work, plus anonymous analytics. No advertising cookies are set unless you consent to them.

A practical note

If you share a device, remember that your own browser history is the one thing we cannot manage for you. Private or incognito browsing is worth using, and cash on delivery leaves no card statement at all.
