Cancelling an order

You can cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it, or any time before it ships, whichever is later. Contact us with your order reference. If you paid online, the refund goes back to the original payment method.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

If what arrives is damaged, not what you ordered, or incomplete, tell us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photograph if you can. We replace it or refund it in full, including return shipping where a return is needed.

Why opened items cannot be returned

This is an intimate-use product, so once the inner seal is broken it cannot be resold or returned for hygiene and safety reasons. That is a standard restriction across the category and it is there for the protection of the next customer. Unopened, sealed items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Refund timelines

• Prepaid orders: 7–14 working days back to the original payment method.
• COD orders: by bank transfer to details you provide, usually within 7–14 working days.

If the product did not work for you

We will be straight about this. The effect depends heavily on timing, and a capsule inserted outside the 30–60 minute window often will not work as intended. If that is what happened, read the usage guide before trying again — and talk to us, because we would rather help you get it right than have you buy twice.

What we cannot do is refund an opened product because the outcome was not what someone else expected. No product in this category can guarantee that, and any seller promising otherwise is not being honest with you.
