What the parcel looks like

A plain brown box or padded envelope. No product name, no brand, no images and no description anywhere on the outside. The sender shows as a neutral fulfilment name. Delivery staff see an ordinary parcel and have no way of knowing what is inside.

Every parcel is double-sealed, so you can tell if it has been opened before reaching you.

Timelines

• Dispatch: 1–2 working days. COD orders are confirmed by phone first, so they can take slightly longer.
• Delivery: 3–7 working days depending on pincode. Metro cities are usually at the faster end.
• Shipping cost: free on every order.

If you are ordering for a fixed date, allow at least a week so a courier delay cannot become a problem.

Where we deliver

Across India, urban and rural, wherever our courier partners reach. If your pincode is not serviceable we will call you before taking the order further.

Cash on delivery

Available everywhere we deliver, with no extra charge. You pay the courier when the parcel arrives. COD also leaves no card or bank record, which some customers prefer.

Tracking

If you give us an email or accept an SMS, we send tracking once the parcel ships. The message names the courier and the tracking number, not the product.

Problems

If a parcel is late, damaged or does not arrive, contact us on WhatsApp or at support@aarogyajeevanam.in with your order reference. Report damage within 7 days of delivery.
